(1) After the Commission examines the application submitted in accordance with Rule 7 in accordance with Rule 8, the Commission shall determine the electricity tariff and other charges within sixty days from the date of submission of the application, according to the rate proposed by the applicant or, if necessary, by amending such rate.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the Commission shall specify the date on which the fixed or changed rate will be applied while determining the electricity tariff and other charges.
(3) In accordance with rule 8, if the commission does not find it necessary to change the electricity tariff and other charges proposed by the licensee during the investigation, the commission shall inform the licensee within sixty days from the date of the application.
